For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below.
What we collect, and why
When you use the tools on this site
The calculators, the eligibility checks, the document checklist and the assistant all work without you identifying yourself. As you use them, we store the answers you give — loan type, amount, city, business type, business age, turnover band, GST status, existing EMIs, property details — against a random identifier held in a cookie on your device. This record contains no name, no phone number and no email address.
Why: so the site does not ask you the same question twice, so the guidance sharpens as you go, and so that if you choose to speak to an advisor, they already understand your requirement.
How long: 180 days from your last activity, after which it is deleted automatically.
When you ask an advisor to contact you
We collect your name, mobile number and city, and we attach them to the record described above. We also record the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, and your IP address.
Why: so that an advisor can contact you about your loan requirement, and so we can demonstrate that you asked us to.
How long: for as long as we are working on your requirement, and afterwards for the period we are required to keep records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
When you use the assistant
Your questions and our answers are stored so we can review the quality of the assistant and so your advisor can read the conversation before calling you. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or any identifying detail to the AI provider. The assistant only ever receives the non-identifying facts about your requirement.
How long: 90 days.
Technical and analytics data
We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. Marketing and advertising cookies are only set if you consent to them.
Who we share it with
- Lenders. When you ask us to take your requirement forward, we share the information needed to assess it with the specific lender or lenders discussed with you. We do not broadcast your details to a panel.
- Service providers. Our hosting provider, our email provider, the spreadsheet and messaging tools we use to manage enquiries, and our AI provider — the last of these receives no identifying information.
- Nobody else. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Your data is stored on servers located in India.
Your rights
- Access: ask us what we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Erasure: ask us to delete it. Use this form — it takes a minute.
- Withdraw consent: tell us to stop contacting you, at any time, by any channel. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, tell the advisor on a call, or email us.
- Complain: to our Grievance Officer below, and afterwards to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.

We will acknowledge any request within 72 hours and respond substantively within 30 days.
Marketing communications
We contact you only on the channels you agreed to, and only about the requirement you raised. Our calling and messaging follows the applicable TRAI regulations, including registration of our sender details and scrubbing against the national Do Not Disturb register before any promotional campaign. You can opt out of everything at any time without affecting your enquiry.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified to you directly.
